The spectacular Briksdal Glacier in the Jostedal
Glacier
National Park has for over 100 years been the most
visited
glacier in Norway, an indisputable highlight for
many
a tourist who is visiting our country.
On your way through the Oldedalen valley to the
glacier,
you will see a host of wild and wonderful waterfalls
cascading
down the mountainsides. They are all marked on
the map: Gytrifossen, Nelkjifossen, Yrifossen,
Kvamsfossen,
Rustøyfossen, Høgalmefossen, Volefossen, Svadåna,
Briksdalsfossen and Kjøtabreelva.
